I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be fair but not quite reaching the exceptional standards I've experienced at other Park Hyatt locations. The design of the rooms was modern and functional, though lacking that special touch I usually associate with Park Hyatt. On the positive side, the sunset view from my room was truly fabulous, offering a great space for relaxation.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and spotless, ensuring a truly comfortable experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The location was perfect for exploring Gangnam, providing easy access to great shopping and local Korean dining options. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced despite the delicious options available.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in central Seoul. The rooms were a bit noisy with traffic from the street but it didn't disturb my overall experience. The lighting control panels throughout the room were convenient for adjusting brightness easily. The service was impeccable, with staff being extremely polite and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the subway and with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The dining experience was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes. The hotel had great facilities to enjoy during my stay.
